Emergency & Out of Hours Appointments
If you have an emergency or dental problem and you feel that you need to be seen by your dentist, please refer to the following:
- During normal opening hours, please contact the practice in the first instance. We do have emergency appointment slots available and every attempt will be made to see you that day.
- Outside normal opening hours:
- If you are able to wait until the next working day, please leave a message on our answer phone and we will call you back when the practice re-opens.
- From 6pm Friday and over weekends and bank holidays, we provide telephone advice for Denplan and private patients. For the contact number, please listen to the instructions on our answer phone. Please note there may be a call out charge for opening the surgery if required*.
- For NHS patients, please telephone 0845 0508345 from 6pm on Friday, over weekends and bank holidays.
* Denplan patients can also phone the Denplan Helpline on 0800 844999 and they will find a dentist for you to attend. You will be asked to pay a call out fee for any emergency treatment you receive but on completion of a claims form, you will be able to reclaim this amount from Denplan. This emergency cover is available at home, anywhere in the UK or abroad.
