I joined the Lockswood Dental Practice in 2010 as practice manager.

With many years of healthcare experience behind me, having qualified and worked as a doctor in the NHS, I am truly focused on optimising the delivery of care at our family-friendly practice.

I am married to Aaron, and we have two beautiful children, Imogen and Sebastian. We are keen travellers and thoroughly enjoy showing Imogen and Sebastian the different cultures and traditions the world has to offer.

Fair enough had to fill in a med form stating what medication am currently on for the surgery. However was surprised that the dentist had actually taken time out to read it 🙂 so he knew everything about me. Should of gone private years ago....

It's been almost 8 years with Lockswood Dental Practice for my family now. We found Dr Philip Jack a very experienced yet humble doctor. The dental services deserve five stars. Another thing which requires explicit mention is , Dr Jack is a very honest Doctor.

Dr Philip Jack - Brilliant, knowledgeable dentist & very 'gentle'. Never seems rushed & explains everything that's going on. He's done some complicated work for me & all has gone well.His guide price for implants seems reasonable too.I'd recommend him to friends.
